WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unhappy with your order, please send us an email and let us know what went wrong. Collect all of the shirts you ordered and bring them back to us. We will do everything we can to resolve the problems or issue you a refund. If you cannot collect all the shirts we will be happy to issue a partial refund.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash.
We accept check, please make it out to Cortez Print Company.
We accept Purchase Order. School groups can request a PO from your local bookstore. Requests can take up to two weeks before you receive the PO. Please send a copy of the PO to us when ready.
We DO NOT accept Credit Card
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIRTS?
Most of our shirts average from $6 - $9 per shirt. Our prices are calculated on many variables including how many shirts you order, how many colors you want on your shirt, and how much artwork you need, just to name a few. For an estimated price you can use the link for 'Our Prices'.
HOW WILL I GET MY SHIRTS?
Once your order is complete, your sales representative will contact you to let you know your order is ready. Orders can be picked up between between 2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. or by appointment. While we cannot deliver your order, we are happy to store your order until you can pick it up.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY SHIRTS?
Shirts can be picked up at the Cortez Print Co. shop located at Cortez High School in room 812, adjacent to the north parking lot. Need directions? Please email CortezPrintCompany@guhsdaz.org or give us a call at ext. 4812.
WHAT IF THERE IS A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?
If you find there is a mistake on individual shirt or the entire order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Once we receive payment, orders will be ready to pick up within 4 weeks, depending on school schedule, holidays and exams (of course).
